Conference Facilities

We have two conference rooms available, making it perfect for all types of meetings. Our facilities can cater for both small groups or large exhibitions for 160 delegates.

The Carlyle Suite has a theatre style capacity for 120 delegates, boardroom capacity for 40 delegates, U-shape capacity for 40 and a classroom capacity for 30 delegates.

The suite has its own bar facility within the room, proving highly popular with guests.

The Arnott Room has a theatre style capacity for 30 delegates, boardroom capacity for 20, U-shape capacity for 20 and classroom capacity for 18.

Whether you are looking for a daily delegate rate, 24 hour rate, or room hire only, all rates include the Kirkconnel Hotel standard conference setup.

Alternatively upgrade to the Meetings + package. We can cater for either a three-course lunch or choose from a selection of buffet menus to suit all needs. We can also provide equipment to hire.

We can organise the full package for you from our on-site catering facilities offering a choice of hot or cold menus. We offer a range of Wedding Packages tailor-made to your requirements and all designed to suit your taste and budget. - we can also organise everything for you and make sure that your big day has only one hitch..... the bride and groom's!

For the perfect ending to the perfect day, why look anywhere else for your wedding night accommodation than our luxurious Bridal Suite where you can relax and unwind with a hot pampered bath before heading downstairs to our convenient function rooms to party away the night at your Evening Reception, before heading back upstairs at the end of the night.

  • Our Function Suite can comfortably hold 160 people for a meal, and up to 180 for an evening reception. If you are looking for a more intimate location, we also have two smaller Function Suites which can accommodate up to 40 people.
  • We have two luxurious Bridal Suites and a Bridal Chalet / Log Cabin which are available for the Bride and Groom to occupy, all of which are available to view on your visit.
  • The hotel is situated in over 5 acres of land, all of which is beautifully landscaped and Ideal for the perfect Wedding Image.
  • We can provide our very own Classic Rolls Royce Bridal Car, complimentary, when you choose to hold your Wedding Reception at the Kirkconnel Hall Hotel.
  • We also have our own in house Beauty Specialist Amy, who can provide all the pampering you require, discounted rates available via the Hotel.
  • A red bridal carpet awaits your entrance into the magnificent hall, with huge stained glass window, a perfect sessing for the most sumptuos of photographs along with prime photography in our well manicured grounds.
